Red Kite Resolutions Ltd offers a range of training solutions in Construction, Water and Utilities and Health and Safety. Our services span from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through to design, delivery and assessment of a bespoke training package.

The company was created in 2008 by James Drury who has over thirty years experience in the Water and Construction industry throughout the UK and Ireland and overseas in Jakarta, Bangkok and Singapore.

James is qualified in Training, Assessment and Verification. He is also a qualified teacher of further education. His background ranges from practical operational activities through to a managerial role in a major UK Water Company.  He has led recruitment projects from such diverse sources as Military Resettlement, the Probation Service, Young Offenders and Long-Term unemployed in partnership with Job Centre Plus.

Red Kite Resolutions also works closely with Energy & Utility Skills and CABWI in addition to many government bodies, construction and utility companies.
